It’s time to celebrate the great season that we’ve had and recognise outstanding efforts with awards and presentations. Â

Entree: Lamb cutlet, vegetable couscous, chimichurri, rocket, lemon dressing
Main (alternate placement):Â
250g beef fillet, garlic roasted green beans, potato mousseline, fried leek, pink peppercorn glaze OR free range chicken breast, lemon and thyme infused, honey roasted carrot, pesto potato, beet and feta puree, crispy kale
4-hour drink package (beer, wine, sparkling, soft drink) 7.00pm – 11.00pm
