The parent / guardian of any Junior Player is entitled to Membership of PSRC and the Loyalty Card once they are "financial". Where there is more than one child playing from the same family, 2 Loyalty Cards will be issued.

Playing Members fees are included in sporting subscription fees and the card is issued to a Parent / Guardians in the case of a Junior Player/s.
