Plympton Sporting & Recreation Club
We provide a friendly and safe environment for all the community, young and not as young, to enjoy the many values of sport and the social aspects of a community based organisation.
The Plympton and Sports and Recreation Club was established in 1979 when the Plympton Football Club and Plympton Footballers Cricket Club came together to form a year round complex to be enjoyed by the players, families and members of the local community. We now boast one of the largest and strongest junior sports programs in metropolitan Adelaide with over 250 junior participants taking to the field in Plympton colours for football, soccer, and cricket.
Plympton is a great place to hold social functions. We can provide full bar and catering facilities, please note we are unable to provide use of of the kitchen facilities as it is under contract to Manna Cuisine for all catering purposes. Please get in touch with us to discuss your event and let us custom cater to your needs. Our bar is open Wednesday – Saturday and for Events as per booking availability. We know we have the cheapest prices in the district, a great place for a catch up with mates in a space where good sports meet.

At Plympton Sports and Recreation Centre (aka The Kennel) we welcome all events great and small.
We can custom cater to your needs for weddings, birthdays, farewells, private parties, VIP themed events and product launches, quiz nights, you name it, we are up to the challenge. A fully licensed bar with a high quality kitchen team.
On site facilities include:
* A projector and AV sound system.
* An 8 Ball Table
* A Table Tennis Table ( Available upon request)
* A Darts Board
* Multiple Smart TV’s for displays / variety of viewing options
* Foxtel
* Car Parking
* A variety of tables to enable different seating requirements
* Event swipe cards, pre-load $ amounts on a swipe card to enable smooth bar financial for guests attending your event. There is no need for wristbands or printed vouchers, just issue the card on arrival to enable your guests to redeem at their leisure on the day/night.
